How to Avoid Safety Hazards of Rubber Pipe Clamps

Structure & Principle

The strap clamp consists of a band, an outer collar, and several support rods. Specifically, the band is fixed around the cylindrical object to be clamped, while the outer collar fits over the band and is evenly connected to multiple support rods via steel wires. Thanks to this design, when internal pressure rises and causes the gas container to expand outward, the clamp can expand accordingly. Conversely, when pressure decreases or the container is empty, operators can easily adjust the tightness by rotating the support rods. As a result, the design ensures controlled deformation, prevents safety risks, and prolongs the container's operational life.

Manufactured to Professional Standards

For years, our company has adhered to the principle of "Survive by Quality, Develop by Reputation." By bringing together a dedicated team and continuously improving both our products and services, we have built a professional production system supported by modern enterprise management. We specialize in manufacturing fasteners under our own brand that comply with various international standards, including GB (China), DIN (Germany), IFI (United States), and JIS (Japan).
